How to Find Your Dream

How to Find Your Dream

Your dream is to simply live the life that you were born to live. It’s that simple. Whatever it is that you do for a “living” is just a vehicle to help you live out that purpose and calling God has given you.

Most people say they have a dream, but they can’t really describe the “picture” of the dream. Some are very clear. Others don’t have a dream at all; they don’t know what they want out of life. My first suggestion is to simply assess where you are on the Wheel of Life (shared in a later chapter). The rating is from 1 to 10, one being poor and 10 being phe- nomenal.

How would you feel about your life if you were a “border-line-eleven” in every area of life? Pretty good huh? So, just start there. If you do that and only that, you will do more than most in this life and you could be satisfied with your life. If you score a perfect 10 on a scale of 1 to 10, you’ve done well. As you do the Wheel Of Life Exercise and intentionally think about your life, I hope you’ll discover your purpose and calling.
