Get FIT Training and Knights Mastermind was PHENOMENAL!

Members traveled from across the nation to attend my Get FIT Conference in Houston. The reason most small businesses don’t grow is because of F.T.I. (Failure To Implement). You know what to do and how to do it, you just don’t do it!
“NO PAIN, NO GAIN” These guys really worked hard! Look at them focus!
Attendees learned how to Focus, Implement, and Track. I did the entire day by myself. We started out with Life Goals and How to Get Organized. I showed the owner operators how to get off the truck. We then moved on to “How to Get Your Employees to Do What You Want, When You Want it and How You Want It”
After lunch, we did Marketing. I shared my foundational marketing programs as well as my latest and greatest marketing strategies that are delivering record sales despite the economy.
Finally, we went over how to determine your cost of doing business. All of the attendees left with a complete, written business plan. Whew! What a day!

The Get FIT Conference was followed by the Knights Mastermind Meeting which was awesome.
