Thru your direction we have patiently & deliberately transformed ourselves into the most prestegious carpet & upholstery cleaning company in Charlotte, NC. We have recieved 19 "super service awards" from Angie's List, we just recieved the Consumers Choice Award as well as being rated as the "Best Carpet & upholstery Cleaning Service" by "Best of Charlotte". Howard I literally thank God every single day that i met you, got involved with your program & IMPLEMENTED what you tought me. I have not been able to attent the Inner Circle events for a while, but i believe that will change soon. I have hired an operations manager to assist with the day to day operations which will give me much more TIME FREEDOM !!! i hope all is well with you & look forward to getting back to Houston.
