Search for the Exotic: FOUND!

February 6, 2009

You could call me the world’s greatest beach bum. I have been to beaches all over the world, so I am a little spoiled you might say. Although the beaches in Manuel Antonio are really great, you have to first get to the park, then hike a good ways. The beaches close to the hotel are really beautiful, but the water is a little rough. I knew there were some hidden coves somewhere with perfectly calm clear water, but they are definately hidden.

The hotel directed me to one such beach. Would it be the one I was looking for? Definately! I spent the entire day there by myself while the others went zip-lining over the rain forest canopy. I read several chapters of Gerber’s E-Myth Mastery, climbed some rocks, took an occassional swim and filled up my spiral notebook with ideas and plans. A few short walks and some time in prayer, it was the PERFECT DAY except that my wife wasn’t with me.

Here’s a shot of this exotic beach. I will try to post more on my Facebook Profile so you can see more of our CR photos.

The Little Lady Catches a BIG Fish!

February 6, 2009

Our third day we went deep sea fishing. Rob caught a big Mahi-Mahi that was DELISH!! The restaurant “Marlintini’s” cooks what you hook, and boy was it good!

We caught two sail fish also. Those are “catch and release”. Here’s Candace with her prize.
