In January, I launched a new company that is offering franchises of my Clean As A Whistle cleaning firm. If you or anyone you know is looking for an amazing opportunity, then just let me know.
The new company is called Clean As A Whistle Franchising (a Delaware LLC). We have two franchises so far and looking for more. You do NOT have to be in the cleaning business. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
A big question is “what’s the difference between a Phenomenal Products membership and a franchise?”. The difference is that we have built a powerful brand that is now spreading across the country, you get the same access to me as my key employees, you get unlimited access to my entire team as well - everyone from the guy who repairs the vehicles to my inside sales staff to my managers.

My definition of success is “making a difference in the lives of others. Happiness is watching them grow because of it.”
I am launching a 9 city tour beginning September 1st, sponsored by ICS Magazine and Jon-Don. Our goal is to make a difference in as many places we can over that 6 week period.

I just got back from seeing Paul McCartney in Denver (”Denvaaah” as he says) with my wife Denise and my good friends Neil Atkinson and Ruth Travis.
Being the first time on an airplane since I got my 3G iPad, I have to tell you that being able to whip that thing out upon touchdown or in the backseat of a car kept me super productive!
Since I provide personal e-mail support to my members, and I am not at my business every day, it’s important for me to be able to check e-mail, check my business stats, and work on my projects. If I still booked jobs, I’d be able to book jobs on the fly (some of my members do this and it’s the BOMB!
Sure, I could do some of this on my phone, but the iPad keyboard is much bigger and the internet is so much easier to navigate.
Laptops (even Macs) take a bit too long to boot up, they’re a little more bulky, and the battery life isn’t near what an iPad is. With the iPad’s instant on and off, it has become my favorite organizational tool. Which brings me to our subject of the week:

One Simple Strategy that Will Help You Get More Organized and Focused…
If you are like most small business owners, you feel stretched for time and a little “overwhelmed”. You can improve that greatly with this one organizational tip. One of the best things I ever did was to establish what I call a Daily Time Capsule. Block out an hour every day at the same time to work your “in-box” and get yourself organized and focused. The more focused and organized you are, the more you can get done. The more you get done, the more money you can make and the more time you can have to do the things you love to do.
When you commit to the Daily Time Capsule, you will be tempted to start “doing stuff” like paying bills or catching up on Facebook. Resist that temptation. Remember that the more focused you are working ON the business, the more you will get OUT of the business.
During your Daily Time Capsule review your ACTION List for the day and work on your PLAN. You should have 3 to 5 projects identified that will help you take your business to the next level.
How do you know what PLANS to work on? Look at your GOALS. How do you know what GOALS to set? Do your TRACKING (marketing results, sales numbers, and all of the performance factors of your business). If you don’t know where you are, how will you know how to get there?
